"Das Artists in Residence-Programm von KKA ermöglicht Kunstschaffenden aus Ost- und Südosteuropa und der Türkei künstlerische Projekte voranzutreiben. Während ihres Aufenthalts in Österreich entwickeln sie auch Workshop-Konzepte für Kinder und Jugendliche und bieten diese an!
KKA finanziert die Honorare der KünstlerInnen, für die Schulen fallen somit keine weiteren Kosten an.
Bis Ende Dezember ist die bildende Künstlerin Marika Asatiani (Georgien) zu Gast bei KKA. Sie arbeitet hauptsächlich im Bereich Fotografie." [KKA Newsletter 22.11.2011]

Artists in Creative Education

"Mit dem EU-Programm Artists in Creative Education hat KKA gemeinsam mit europäischen Partnern im Zeitraum von September 2010 bis Oktober 2011 die Auswirkungen einer Beteiligung von KünstlerInnen am regulären Schulunterricht untersucht. Das Projekt wurde im Rahmen des EU-Förderprogramms Kultur 2007 - 2013 durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse des Projektes und des Austauschs der teilnehmenden KünstlerInnen wurden in einem Leitfaden für KünstlerInnen zusammengefasst. Das Handbuch steht vorerst in englischer Sprache zum Download zur Verfügung." [KKA Newsletter 22.11.2011]

p[ART] - Partnerschaft zwischen Schulen und Kultureinrichtungen

p[ART] ist ein Programm, das die langfristige Partnerschaft zwischen Schulen und Kultureinrichtungen in Österreich unterstützt. In einer solchen Partnerschaft arbeiten je eine Schule und eine Kultureinrichtung mehrere Jahre kontinuierlich zusammen. Ziel ist es, den Zugang zur jeweiligen Lebenswelt des Anderen zu finden.

Das Programm p[ART] wird durch den KulturKontakt Austria (KKA) unterstützt und knüpft an den eigenen Arbeitshintergrund des KKA in der schulischen Kulturvermittlung sowie an europäische Entwicklungen an, die mehr und mehr auf nachhaltige Bildungsallianzen zwischen kulturellen Trägern und Schulen in Form einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit setzen.

LILI - Learning Information Library

"Your innovative access to learning resources for education

Lili supports the sharing of digital resources in the Teaching Education Community. Lili is part of the EU co-funded project Share.TEC project which aims to create a digital environment that fosters access, retrieval and reuse of resources for Teacher Education across Europe.

The intended users of the system are teacher educators, teachers engaged in self-guided learning and flexible learning as well as developers and publishers of digital resources for TE.

GIVE

• Lili creates possibilities for users to share their knowledge and digital resources and contributes to a comprehensive database collection of teacher education resources
• Lili will contribute to the Share.TEC project towards an extendible federated aggregation of resources, providing access both to the partner's own content and to other TE repositories.
• Users of the system will be able to search and retrieve resources which have been produced and made available by other users.

USE

• User involvement is an essential feature of Lili and Share.TEC. The project idea is to establish a network of user communities that will continue beyond project completion, thus attaining sustainability.
• The vision is that digital resources are driving forces in educational innovation processes which can help build bridges among the different cultures of the member states."
